Job Description
- To handle customer’s enquiries and complaints, resolve and reply to all complaints. Record and keep updated.
- To assist in handing over of properties to customers. Handover properties to purchasers and co-ordinate defects rectification during Defects Liability Period
- To assist Property Management Manager to maintain, upkeep and improve the assigned properties and facilities to meet the government regulations.
- To supervise & conduct periodic inspection of all properties, installations, facilities and service areas to ensure in safe, secured, good, tenantable and marketable conditions at all times.
- Liaise, monitor and co-ordinate with relevant authorities and service providers in respect of compliance to procedures, rules, authorities’ requirements, bye-laws etc.
- To prepare billings and collections of all receivables and request for payment of all outgoings.
- Ensure compliance of DMC and House Rules and report to Property Manager for appropriate actions accordingly.
- Maintain good public relations with residents/ purchasers/ tenants. Maintain good public relations with customers.
- To maintain company’s interest and image at all times.
- To prepare documentation and filing of all document in hard and soft copies. Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field of property is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication, problem solving and teamwork.
- Working day Monday – Friday only.
- Own transportation.
