Overview

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved and work with the team to assist in taking co-ownership of the marketing operations function and drive it forward. This role is responsible for ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of project management tools and content management systems. The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. You will collaborate with other members of the global and support teams to manage and optimize planning and operational processes for the regional marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between Regional teams (SEA/MENA/India) and Global team (Singapore) on conceptualization, setup and integration of company marketing activities.
  • Follow up local marketing campaigns, ensure key stakeholders are appropriately engaged and involved throughout the campaign and keep the Global team updated on the project status.
  • Project management for key product launches.
  • Support offline events like trade fairs, galas and branded merchandise.
  • Serve as a point person for global marketing operations in the local office.
  • Manage and build relations with local external business partners and vendors.
  • Help to improve the productivity and efficiency of local marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or similar discipline.
  • Communication skills: Communicates what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner and shares information/new ideas with others.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player, collaborates with others within and across teams, encourages other team members to participate and contribute and acknowledges the contributions of others.
  • Problem-solving Mindset: Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives. Sees the big picture and effectively analyzes complex issues.
  • Fluent in English and ability to converse in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
