About the Department

  • Perform data entry and/or approval on non-individual customer internet banking registration setup and relevant static maintenances.

  • Perform customers service subscriptions and subscription maintenances for relevant cash management products.

  • Ensure timely completion of assignment whilst maintaining high accuracy and speed.

  • Keep abreast of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and relevant business rules to ensure standardized delivery within the expected Service Level of Agreement (SLA).

  • Communication with stakeholders, product and system owners are regularly required for system and/or product troubleshooting, issue escalation or clarification.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures and Regulatory laws. This includes a timely completion of mandatory learnings assigned by the organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field and/or with related experience

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Financial Institution, preferably back-end operations or payment centre.

  • Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Conversant in English, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Committed, self-motivated and a team player

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications i.e Excel, Words, Power Point

  • Knowledge in BNM and Paynet Guidelines eg. AML/CFT, Foreign Exchange Policy.
