Handle full spectrum of Payroll:

1. Responsible for the integrity of HR Database and as well as accurate processing of payroll & claims.

2. Handle full spectrum of computerized payroll administration and management.

3. Managing all Payroll Legislation matters.

4. Liaison with HRMS vendor on Payroll matters.

5. Ensure all parties (external and internal) are paid within the time frame.

6. Performance Backup and Filing of all payroll related matters.

Handle Full Spectrum of Recruitment and Selection:

1. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;

2. Providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

3. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

4. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

5. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

6. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and advising applicant for interviews.

7. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.

8. Manages new employee Orientation and “Buddies” Program.

9. Constantly, monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

10. Manages and conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments;

11. Fully in charge of orientation session and documentation for on boarding staff.

Learning & Development:

1. Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;

2. Evaluated training effectiveness and reviewed feedback;

3. Sourced and liaised with training providers;

4. Assist in arranging in producing training materials for in-house courses;

5. Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;

6. To undertake any assignments as required by superior and management.

Other Human Resource functions:

1. Assist to improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.

2. Assist in Project assisted by immediate supervisor from time to time.

3. Conducting full staff resignation process & documentations.

4. Maintain staff leaves record and attendance.

5. Monitor staff confirmation.

6. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.

7. Maintaining Staff Insurance listing with related department.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or the equivalent.

2. Knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and practices.

3. Familiar with the HR best practice.

4. Able to work in challenging & fast paced environment.

5. Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.

6. Excellent verbal & written English.

7. Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resource field.

8. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
