Responsibilities

  • To oversee the overall operations and administration of the General Support & Services Section.
  • To ensure the functionality and maintenance of the office equipments and telecommunication system.
  • In charge of all services and maintenance contracts related to the department.
  • To supervise the tea ladies cum cleaners and ensure the cleanliness of the Head Office.
  • To assist and monitor any maintenance-related issues.
  • To provide assistance in coordinating the Company’s events and training.

Requirements:


  • Degree in any discipline or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role or equivalent in supervisory capacity.
  • Possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • A highly organized person with good time management skills and able to multitask.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
