Facility Manager

Facility Management role based in Shah Alam working for an MNC company

Your new role

As a facility manager within the logistic industry , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation's sites are up-to-date and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overall management of facilities management and construction management in Malaysia
• Experience dealing with managing multiple sites and offices
• Overlook and manage the inhouse Facility Service employees
• Provide RE Support to the site representatives in execution of facility related tasks as well as their compliance to SOPs and local law
• Define and implement facility management budgets in line with business targets
• Oversee project progress and quality, including monitoring of deadlines and control of investment planning, budgeting, and benchmarking
• Implement risk & quality management

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of related working experience in the facility management field.
• Enough knowledge and experience of facility and real estate management.
• An expertise in risk management and strategic development.
