Facility Management role based in Shah Alam working for an MNC company
As a facility manager within the logistic industry , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation's sites are up-to-date and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overall management of facilities management and construction management in Malaysia
- Experience dealing with managing multiple sites and offices
- Overlook and manage the inhouse Facility Service employees
- Provide RE Support to the site representatives in execution of facility related tasks as well as their compliance to SOPs and local law
- Define and implement facility management budgets in line with business targets
- Oversee project progress and quality, including monitoring of deadlines and control of investment planning, budgeting, and benchmarking
- Implement risk & quality management

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of related working experience in the facility management field.
