Overview

We are seeking for a Loyalty & Rewards Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager to drive the success of its loyalty and promotion programs. This role involves managing and enhancing the company’s loyalty program, including program management, feature design, and data-driven performance reporting. He/she will also collaborate with regional teams to oversee promotion offers, ensuring effective execution and risk management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to maintain and develop company’s loyalty program to drive retention and boost advocation, including:

  • Program BAU management.
  • Design new features.
  • Gathering relevant client data and generating regular program performance reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights to aid in decision-making on program optimization.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, and utilize these insights to enhance the loyalty program offerings.

Collaborate with regional teams and back offices to manage all company’s promotion offers and partner support programs, including:

  • Record the details of ongoing offers.
  • Gathering relevant data to evaluate the performance of the offers.
  • Generate regular reports and deliver to relevant stakeholders.
  • SOP management on developing automated promotion offers.
  • Risk management on ongoing promotion offers.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Marketing/Advertisement education background is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in managing Customer Loyalty Programs (in any industry) is needed.
  • Working experience in Fintech industry is preferred.
  • Possess certification in Data Analysis or similar skillsets is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for Marketing/CX enhancements.
  • Fluent in English and ability to converse in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
