Finance Analyst

Job Description

• Able to handle a full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities;
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of accounts;
• Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality and accurate financial data;
• Track and review actual/forecast/financial performance, deep dive cost trend analysis;
• Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule determined by the management;
• Analytical reviews of companies’ performance;
• Liaise with financial institutions, internal or external auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies on accounting and financing-related matters;
• Develop and document business processes and Corporate Finance policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
• Provide technical support and advice when needed.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on General Accounting, financial reporting and statutory requirement matters
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in an accounting firm or analytical role is an added advantage.
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, commitment, and good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin – both verbal & written.
• Multi-tasking is expected.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent report-writing skills
