JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To update the Master Compliance Checklist based in the latest circulars, guidelines and announcement by authorities.
• To assist in compliance review activities e.g validation, assessment, gap analysis exercise and new initiative review.
• To validate AML screening activity and third part service provider as and when requested by other departments.
• To complete Know Your Customer Form / Due Diligence Questionnaires received from business owners.
• To review policy and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) as and when it is required.
• To assist HOD on monitoring exercise e.g. regulatory submission and project related to the department.
• To provide awareness and training to staff as per Training Plan.
• To assist the HOD in administrative matters of the department (e.g. change of request).
• To perform ad-hoc assignments and tasks as and when required by HOD.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Academic
A minimum requirement of Degree in Law / Finance / Accountancy / Insurance
Professional
Preferably any compliance certifications in relation to Financial Institutions.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Institutions, preferably insurance, takaful, banking or regulatory bodies.
