We are seeking for a Head of Marketing talent to join our organization and responsible to lead both Digital and Offline marketing team:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement marketing effective and marketing strategies, objectives planning programs for the company, plan, organize, coordinate and implement marketing activities (roadshow/campaign/events).
  • Planning monthly social content calendar, promotional calendar, product or treatment fact sheet and marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of online campaigns.
  • Develop and implement media plans and monitor progress and budgets.
  • Management and oversight of corporate social media, corporate image and reputation management campaigns.
  • Oversee public and media relations and serve as spokesperson when needed.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Provide strong leadership and strategic directions to ensure marketing functions are effectively managed and developed.
  • Ensure timeliness and efficiency of A&P activities through proper planning, control and effective communications with internal and external parties.
  • Formulate annual A&P and marketing plans which must be innovative and customer focused to drive sales and outlet traffic.
  • Formulate and implement public relations program that will enhance Company’s corporate image and reputation.
  • Oversee advertising and promotion strategies and implementation production.
  • Oversee and manage branding for company, including logo usage, messaging and brand attributes.
  • Recruit and maintain relations with sponsors, including media and agencies, and develop appropriate promotions.
  • Be a driver of aligning marketing strategy, plans and execution with quantitative / financial measures, controls and outcomes.
  • Ownership on all areas relating to: Marketing & PR Digital & Offline Consumer & Corporate
  • New Campaign/Project Lead - Ideation
  • New Projects: CRM AI Voicebot Loyalty Program
  • Managing Agencies for Media Buy (Ads) - Performance Marketing & Leads: FB Ads Google SEO/SEM, Google Ads other Paid Ads platform (Tiktok etc) E-commerce platforms - Shopee & Lazada Offline Media Buy
  • Corporate Tie-up : New Discussion and Proposal on Tie-up activities
  • Managing Marketing & PR Team on execution and career path
  • Overall Brand Guardian for Medi Beaute
  • Overall Strategy, Planning & Manpower Management
  • AOB on Marketing related matters

Requirement:

Possesses at least degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant.
Min 5-8 years’ similar management experiences in marketing field. Experienced in Beauty industry will be an added advantage. Possess a good leadership skills and an excellent communication skills.
Knowledge in Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. Budget-management skills and proficiency. Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Aggressive and Initiative with good observation skill. Willing to travel outstation and possess own transport.
