World renowned MNC in paints & coatings is looking for an Assistant Technical Support Manager

One of the world's leading paint and coating manufacturers based in Shah Alam
Your new role
- Manage a part of the local Technical Support function on behalf of the Technical Support Manager by executing assigned tasks and/or managing a team of people within the local unit or technical area.
- Support sales in technical documentation and complaint handling.
- Conduct and track technical training both internally and externally, using the standardized training materials and global standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant industry, heavily involved in customer technical support, troubleshooting and technical investigation.
- Must be experienced in handling customer complaints, on-site technical support and strong in conducting presentations to stakeholders
- Technical R&D or Engineering experience in a similar industry
- Candidates must come from relevant industries - Paints/ Coatings/ Powder Coatings/ Varnishes / Epoxy/ Adhesives
- Candidates must be willing to travel at least 1-3 times a month to countries within APAC, Europe (80% travel)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willing to work and be based in Klang Valley
