  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

World renowned MNC in paints & coatings is looking for an Assistant Technical Support Manager

Your new company

One of the world's leading paint and coating manufacturers based in Shah Alam

Your new role

  • Manage a part of the local Technical Support function on behalf of the Technical Support Manager by executing assigned tasks and/or managing a team of people within the local unit or technical area.
  • Support sales in technical documentation and complaint handling.
  • Conduct and track technical training both internally and externally, using the standardized training materials and global standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant industry, heavily involved in customer technical support, troubleshooting and technical investigation.
  • Must be experienced in handling customer complaints, on-site technical support and strong in conducting presentations to stakeholders
  • Technical R&D or Engineering experience in a similar industry
  • Candidates must come from relevant industries - Paints/ Coatings/ Powder Coatings/ Varnishes / Epoxy/ Adhesives
  • Candidates must be willing to travel at least 1-3 times a month to countries within APAC, Europe (80% travel)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willing to work and be based in Klang Valley
  • Malaysian Candidates Only
