- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology are welcome (employee may need to do some basic computerization & installation).
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Have administrative experience is an added advantage.
- Have experience in using Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Responsibility
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures Performing installation of application.
- Setting up peripherals, both hardware and software.
- Perform troubleshooting activity from time to time for issues that are reported to ensure the effectiveness and quality, such as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting system and network issue.
