Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and structure multiple large, complex work streams in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Ensure governance practices are established and adhered to covering legal and regulatory compliance and robust business continuity planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with management team members to benefit the Company.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring the Firm's risk management frameworks are effectively implemented.
  • Identify team members' development needs and create plans to accelerate their growth. Focus on coaching, skills transfer, and acting as a role model.
  • Monitor and deliver high-quality services to both internal and external clients, effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Utilize extensive experience and skills to provide advice as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance business operations and contribute to overall business betterment.
  • Lead and manage digitalization projects to modernize and streamline business processes
  • Job Requirements:

    • Professional Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA) with recognized degree in Accounting of Finance.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services.
    • Experience working in a multinational shared services environment will be an advantage.
    • Proven track record in digitalizing business processes.
    • Strong communication and interaction abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Accuracy in reports, analysis, and commentaries.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems.
    • Strong focus on cash flow management.
    • Capable of working independently in a challenging environment with minimal supervision.
