Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Chargeman BO with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Jitra, Kedah.
Responsibilities :
- Accountable for all maintenance of switchgears, cable and transformers as per legal requirement and safe operating condition.
- Plan and execute routine maintenance cycles for electrical installation under DXN group of companies in Malaysia.
- Attend breakdown maintenance for restoration of supply during normal working hours and standby period, inclusive of isolation of faulty section and restoration of power supply.
- Execute replacement and refurbishment of plant equipment inclusive of advising on procurement activity for electrical equipment and parts.
- Planning and coordinate constructions work for supply, erect and commissioning 11kV switchgears, cables and transformers.
- Responsible for handling 11kV electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switchgear, transformer and other related system.
- Related work on electrical expansion and upgrading electrical supply request, include switching, cable diversion, asset taking over, FAT, dealing with TNB, dealing with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, dealing with consultants, examine schematic drawing of as-built drawing for 11kV system.
- Assist Visiting Electrical Engineer in conducting inspection, switching, maintenance or any electrical work as directed for 11kV system such as standardization of procedure, electrical system planning, update drawing, etc.
- Help educate A level chargeman on correct ways of switching, troubleshooting and maintenance for 415V system.
- All work processes are to ensure compliance to regulation set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Perform switching, issue permit to work and supervise contractor to conduct electrical work until commissioning.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of solar panels and its secondary equipment to ensure solar power generation monthly target are met.
Requirements :
- Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Experienced in logistics, shipping, warehouse, and transport management.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work with the team.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge Excel, Words
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
