Core Roles

  • Oversee office supplies, staff uniforms and corporate gifts.
  • Coordinate and manage printing tasks, including photocopier.
  • Handle utility bills (TNB, Sains, Telephone, IWK)
  • Responsible for a wide spectrum of administrative and general office support functions.
  • Monitor staff attendance records and staff leave applications.
  • Coordinate training programme for staff.
  • Handle staff IT-related issues.
  • Renew insurance policies prior to expiration dates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
  • Requirements

    • Certificate/ Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or any equivalent discipline.
    • Diligent/ motivated/ honest and resourceful team member.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
    • Computer Literate
    • Preferably two (2) years’ experience working in HR & Administration field.
    • Possess own transport and able to work in Seremban Forest Heights.
