Senior Executive for Strategy & Investment

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Executive in Corporate Strategy will shape and execute the company’s strategic direction by collaborating with leadership to drive growth and innovation, requiring deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Investment Management

• Provide timely update and recommendations for FIC’s management’s/ board representative’s decision-making approvals.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights that shape strategic decision-making.
• Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and support the execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic recommendations and assess the impact of various strategic options.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in prepare division’s annual budget
• Assist in developing suitable investment structuring options
• Assist in coordinate and conduct due diligence on investment proposals
• Assist in prepare reports and board paper, and recommendation to the Investment Committee

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Investment or related field
• 3-4 years working experience in financial analysis and investment management
• Result and teamwork oriented with initiatives and drive to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated deadline.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with well spoken and written English
