Summary:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of training activities for the agency channels in their respective Region.
  • In addition, he/she is required to prepare and develop the training programs and tools, conduct training programs and related activities, as well as identify the training needs and development of the sales force within the Region.
  • To also support natiowide training programs and cross support other region when neccessary

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, Promote & Conduct Compliance Courses

  • Schedule, promote & conduct compliance courses effectively at respective region, including new agent 20 hours training, PITA M2 compliance, CPD 30, AMLA PDPA ABC, BSC; Agency Leader & Management Hour related training.

2. Training Compliance Monitoring

  • Monitor the progress of Compliance & update training records at respective region
  • Constant update to respective AD team & agency force to fulfill the requirement

3. Program Development & Enhancement

  • Design and develop effective sales tools to facilitate agency force in their sales processes.
  • Constantly review and update existing training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of agency force in meeting their targets.
  • Design and develop new training courses/ modules to continuously enhance the competency of the agency force.
  • Develop e-learning materials to upload in internal LMS platform, monitor & promote users adaptation
  • Develop and update regular industry licensing tutorial materials and exam sample questions, to prepare new agents for PCE/CEILI examination.

4. Development & Activate New Agents, groom full time agents

  • Monitor & drive new agents On-boarding Training, Weekly Success Meeting, & 90 days Right Start program, inclusive of financing & non-financing scheme agents.
  • Plan & conduct training to groom existing agents to move to another level (fulltime agents)
  • Organizing training & development related event, ie. Sales Workshop and Product Launching session; at respective regions or nationwide basis
  • Monitor and track training effectiveness, update monthly

5. Branch Involvement & Communication

  • Support the achievement of agency sales target by constantly updating our agency force the sales incentives/reward initiated by company, via agency training programs
  • Involve & assist in branch event ie. ROAR Night, Agency Leader Meeting, Branch Sales Event, Roadshows, Agency Meetings, Recruitment and product launching.
  • Involve in sales-based initiatives such as Assist RADD to drive productivity and recruitment for agency development

Requirements:

  • Preferably has a degree in a relevant discipline, or relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agency Training
  • Preferable in Agency Training related experience
  • Certification in RFP M1 & M2 training, BAMC, PCE ILE tutorial experience, and other related fields’ certification is an added contribution
