About the Company:

Our client is one of the Largest Digital Marketing and Media Solutions company with strong foothold in SEA. As the company is going through some expansion, they are looking for a Regional HRBP Manager for SEA. This is a regional role based in Malaysia.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional HRBP Manager in Petaling Jaya. The incumbent will be responsible for managing full spectrum of HR including HR operation, strategic HR initiatives for all Innity subsidiaries in SEA regions, and supervising local Malaysia office administration matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

· Oversee the SEA HR teams across the following countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

· Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives across SEA regions, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention in digital media & advertising environments.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

· Work closely with Regional TA Manager to drive recruitment efforts and employer branding activities, especially in digital advertising and operational roles. Implement talent management frameworks to develop and retain high-potential employees.

Performance Management:

· Oversee performance reviews, setting KPIs aligned with the company's goals. Conduct regular performance coaching and feedback to line managers & employees.

Employee Relations:

· Act as the go-to HR advisor on employee relations, resolving conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Compliance & Policies:

· Ensure HR policies and procedures are fully compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries. Develop & Implement HR strategies in alignment with Group’s business strategies.

Training & Development:

· Design and lead training initiatives, focusing on skill enhancement in digital advertising and leadership development.

Compensation & Benefits & HR Operation:

· Manage compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness in line with market standards, particularly within the Digital Media & Advertising sector.

· Responsible in overseeing HR operation including, employee insurances & payroll management.

Office Administration

· Responsible to oversee office administration and facility maintenance, i.e., arrangement of building authorities’ licenses and bills; utilities and management fees; office security & cleaning services; insurances; procurement of office supplies; and product delivery and dispatch.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the media industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
