Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare management accounts, reports, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist to prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, claim submission, inventory checklist.
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filling, cross-checking, scanning, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Responsible to record petty cash and claims.
- Maintain systematic and organized filling system for easy reference & retrieval and safekeeping of important documents and listings.
- Register new employees into the attendance system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling official documents.
- Handle day to day account administrative and operational activities.
- To carry out ad hoc duties that assigned by the superior from time to time.
