Responsibilities:

  • Handling documentations, eg: issuing purchase orders, following up on delivery orders, verifying invoices, matching & batching of DO, PO, Invoices.
  • To source for competitive suppliers for purchases and negotiation of pricing.
  • Responsible for order processing and follow up on delivery.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be competent with MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Mandarin speaking candidate would be an advantage.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
