Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct through business analysis and evaluation
  • Packaging development and harmonization for all countries including registration for key countries
  • Responsible for managing the development and execution of brand strategy, promotion plan, packaging change
  • Manage A&P expenditure within agreed budget
  • Participate in market research and media planning/analysis
  • Implement projects relating to specified brands within agreed timeframe and financial criteria
  • Work with trade marketing to develop in-store programs to support key countries in driving brand awareness
  • Participate in the development of ATL and work with agency to prepare for commercial production
  • Assist in identifying and applying key consumer trends to support new and core business opportunities
  • Understand brand P&L and analyze financial attractiveness of product/promotional concepts
  • Assist in developing annual business plan for profitable company growth
  • Administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of brand and product experience with FMCG industry is desirable
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
