Have strong knowledge in digital marketing and is able to plan and execute digital marketing campaign for new and existing properties.
To prepare marketing & sales plan and prepare for new product launch or re-launch functions.
Ensure Advertising & Promotional budget is utilised effectively and achieve high efficiency in generating sales performance and reaching target segments.
Have strong property market sense and is able to propose the right product mix for various location with minimal guide from senior manager.
To conduct competitor analysis, market survey, feedback on market needs, and latest trend in market.
To apply for Developer’s License and Advertising Permit and liaise with the relevant government department and officers to obtain the approval.
Organize marketing events, competitive promotional packages & road show, etc.
Assist and coordinate with sales team and attend sales inquires (where necessary).
Any other duty & responsible which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development / Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing in a property development company.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented.
Resourceful, dynamic, good leadership with strong interpersonal communication.
Able to plan and coordinate all matters related to sales & marketing.
Strong knowledge in property marketing strategy and competitor’s products and selling price.
Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary)
