Finance Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing, quarterly & yearly closing of account
• Knowledge in taxation will be added advantage.
• Ensure accounting entries are in accordance with the company accounting policies.
• Preferable basic costing knowledge
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance;
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good numerical skills and finance acumen;
• Strong computing skills especially in Ms Excel;
• Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• 能够处理全套账务和所有财务报告活动，确保按时且准确地进行每月结算、季度结算和年度结算
• 确保会计分录符合公司会计政策
• 具备基本成本核算知识者优先
• 了解税务知识者优先
• 学习能力强，能够在压力下工作并按时完成任务
• 通过保密信息保护公司的价值
• 执行直属上司分配的其他职责和任务

要求：

• 会计和财务相关专业的学士学位或文凭
• 至少三年相关领域的工作经验
• 良好的数字技能和财务敏锐度
• 熟练使用计算机，特别是Excel
• 能用普通话交流者优先
