  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and executing the operations of hand over are in proper procedures for new condominium.
  • To lead the team for the hand over progress of the condominium to completion.
  • Manage all aspects of the facilities operations and maintenance team.
  • To carry out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties.
  • Working with the on-site Manager in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
  • General supervision and support for the service maintenance teams at assigned properties.
  • Handling a variety of facility maintenance requirements.
  • Maintains respectful, courteous and positive relationships with residents and is accountable for high level customer service standards including timeliness and sensitivity to resident needs and schedule.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A well-developed understanding of maintenance procedures.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
