Responsibilities:
- Ensure and executing the operations of hand over are in proper procedures for new condominium.
- To lead the team for the hand over progress of the condominium to completion.
- Manage all aspects of the facilities operations and maintenance team.
- To carry out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties.
- Working with the on-site Manager in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
- General supervision and support for the service maintenance teams at assigned properties.
- Handling a variety of facility maintenance requirements.
- Maintains respectful, courteous and positive relationships with residents and is accountable for high level customer service standards including timeliness and sensitivity to resident needs and schedule.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- A well-developed understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
