This position is part of the sales and distribution team for Samudra products.consists of Sales personnel, Van Sales Team and Feeder, spanning troughout Peninsular Malaysia.

  • To establish and remain prompt communication with existing customer.
  • Initiative to create business strategy, support & growth for developing existing or new business/market.
  • Conduct market research to identify/ analyze consumer, competitors and business market opportunities.
  • Implementation of promotions and roll out for new products.
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of an agreement/contract in order to secure a quality in sales.
  • To forecast on forthcoming product developments and special promotion items.
  • Able to forecast future buying trends or customer buying behaviour for company reference.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales report.
  • Ensure company products are handled with care and stock rotation is adhered too.
  • Liaise with Supervisor , Sales Executive, & Area Sales Manager regarding depot related matter such as Van Sales Man activities, area return rate, and workout action plan to correct cause of action
  • Responsible in handling and manage all related issue for depot (incharged area).
  • Regular supervision through monthly visits to area, doing observations and measurement of results to keep the team in the right track.
  • To handle and attend customer complaint and to solve the dispute at the soonest time.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
