Job responsibilities：
Provide technical support in line PCBA analysis and troubleshooting. Cooperate with various departments, organize and arrange technical verification activity plans, and provide technical verification materials. Lead technical verification and technical communication activities with local suppliers, and regularly verify suppliers' production technical capabilities. Provide solutions to defective problems for quality customer complaints and material problems in production. Carry out process improvement activities and solve material problems to achieve the production product function, quality, cost, delivery, safety and production efficiency objectives. Evaluate the relevant rules and regulations and operating procedures of employees' work on time, implement rewards and punishments, and ensure the implementation of the system. Provide training to employees on technical requirements and implementation specifications related to products. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/management.
Qualification：
1）Strong Industry knowledge in improving domestic technology solutions and providing technical validation coaching to Malaysian team.
2）Qualified and capable enhance the material manufacturing capacity of local suppliers in Malaysia, and cooperate with the Sourcing Department to conduct technical audits and inspections of suppliers.
3）At least 3 years of working experience in PCBA analysis and troubleshooting. Familiar with manufacturing technical experiences or experience in structural design or process.
4) With experience of working in manufacturing and technical field environments.
5)Have strong written and spoken Mandarin and English skills, and have systematically learned professional knowledge such as mechanical design, mechanical principles, interchangeability tolerances, and material mechanics.
