Job Description:
- Searching for new and prospect customers who could benefit from the company products.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Persuading prospect customers that company products will best satisfy their needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Following up on timely delivery of goods and payment collection after sales order acquired.
- Recording and maintaining customer data and sales activities on CRM system.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, & yearly sales targets.
- Fully adhere to company regulations, code of conduct, and policy.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Product knowledge in Polyurethanes, Glycol, Amines and Surfactants.
- Good business sense.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Initiative and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
