Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
  • Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
  • Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
  • Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
  • Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements:

experience with food/beverage, sweetner/food additives is preferred

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • At least 2-5 years field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
  • Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
  • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
  • Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
  • Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Focusing and identifying marketing segment’s purpose and introduce new business
