Job Responsibilities:

  • To answer visitors' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
  • To make announcement through paging system especially for special and emergency cases.
  • Cleanroom smock arrangement for visitors.
  • Plant wide stationery management, stationery purchasing, receiving, distribution.
  • Gift management, regular new gift purchasing, and inventory.
  • Support and give assistance to Admin team on administrative functions.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Education : Diploma or degree or equivalent
  • Language Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience: 1-3years’ work experience including 1~2 years’ expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in administration work experience.
  • Functional Competency: English Skills, Government Visit Reception Knowledge, Work Permit/Visa Knowledge/Invitation Letter, Air ticket/Hotel booking knowledge
