Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents, and maintaining customer databases. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and customer interactions.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation and files.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding sales orders, product information, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Data Management:
  • Update and manage sales databases and CRM systems.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to support the sales team’s strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales-related documents and systems.
  • Coordination:
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate and assist with sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
