Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales management manager in managing sales targets and forecasts: organize the formulation of annual order and revenue targets, and effectively break down the targets for the undertaking organizations. By managing pipelines, key projects, and forecasts, disclose target attainment risks and promote resolution to ensure the achievement of order and revenue targets.

2. Organize sales-related meetings, such as key project (program) analysis meeting, key project review, accountability for failed projects, and award for outstanding projects, identify risks and problems, give warnings in time, and regularly review the standardization and compliance of sales project (program) operations.

3. Process and analyze sales data reports and provide accurate sales data and reports.

4. Improve the usability of IT tools for sales management and help promote digital operation. Assist in the development and optimization of cloud business sales processes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology/Engineering is preferred.

2. 1-2 years experiences in sales management or product manager, excellent new students.

3. Logical thinking, good process awareness; excellent communication skills, driving force and pressure resistance.

4. Proficient in using office software, especially Excel and power point.
