Description:

  • Grow and build ams OSRAM AM AFTM business and develop business 2w AM AFTM in Malaysia.
  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to closely monitor, coach, evaluate and help strengthening AM aftermarket customer for products and application knowledge and skills to ensure all business objective are met.
  • Monitoring the forecast sales budget for monthly and yearly from the management by developing current customer and drive initiative into the new market in the aftermarket.
  • Monitoring current product trend, market price, new product opportunities and recommend direction to sales and product management.
  • Monitoring stock level for local BG and forecast stock to supply customer.
  • Develop channel based on new product opportunity, area development or channel expertise(2w).
  • Work in close coordination with marketing, product marketing team, supply chain, customer service.
  • Responsible for the local business process to be comply with ams OSRAM regulation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering.
  • Experience in Aftermarket Automotive, preferably in automotive parts or accessories aftermarket channel.
  • Experience in Budgeting, forecasting, planning, negotiation skills, analytical and excel, sap.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as we are looking for candidates who can effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
