DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, Live chat.
  • Obsessed with sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with the emphasis on sensitive data sharing.
  • Collaborate with the relevant department to address customer feedback, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, while providing timely follow-up.
  • Perform KYC review in support of the Firm's new client onboarding and existing client review in a timely manner when needed.
  • Conduct name screening and data matching to identify potential money laundering/terrorist financing activities and higher risk customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Familiar with CS operation and business processes, with a strong ability for problem-solving.
  • Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to perform 5 days' shift work (onsite), including weekends & Public Holidays.
