We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive to manage our payroll operations or foreign worker management.

Payroll (2 pax)

  • Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain confidential payroll records, including details of employee compensation, deductions, and statutory information.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to update and maintain employee records and payroll-related information.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave entitlement, leave application and other benefits.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues, while addressing staff inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee records and personal details using payroll software and systems.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities as required.
  • Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration, enquiries & make payment to Statutory Bodies.
  • Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior and management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Foreign Worker Management (1 pax)

  • Manage all aspects of foreign worker issues, including permit renewals, FOMEMA compliance, hostel arrangements, and welfare support.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring that all documents are accurate and current.
  • Support the onboarding and relocation processes for foreign employees.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management, and statutory payments.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and manage related documentation.
  • Stay current with immigration laws to ensure all documentation remains compliant.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for foreign worker management.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR role.
- Proficiency in handling visa and work permit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
