Position : Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Senior Associate or Sales Associate to join our team and drive sales for our coworking space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house sales activities, with the flexibility to engage in cold calling and lead generation as needed. This role is open to both Senior and Junior Associates with a strong emphasis on teamwork, sales acumen, and customer relationship building.
Job Responsibilities
In-House Sales:
- Actively engage with walk-in clients, providing information about our coworking space offerings.
- Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our coworking facilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-house sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Work on lead generation campaigns to expand the client base.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to optimize performance.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or coworking industry.
Educational Background:
- Minimum of a high school (SPM Cert); a diploma or degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
Sales Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus:
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Adaptability:
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing sales strategies and client needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
