Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensures the effective implementation of the company’s requirements, systems, business ethics, principles and objectives.
• Ensures all construction works are carried out in right sequence and well-coordinated.
• Demonstrate experience in scheduling, construction oversight, change management, commissioning, reporting, document management and contract administration.
• Ensures timely completion of the project and all works are carried out safely in accordance to specification with highest quality of work and within budget.
• Attend all progress meetings and/or client progress meetings.
• Monitor and report to senior management on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost, schedule quality or risk profile.
• Develop recommendations and action plans to resolve issues/ricks affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the project.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• And all other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

• Base in MELAKA Project Site.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Building Management/Architecture/Real Estate Development/Project Construction Management/Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Strong preference for 10 years of experience in Construction Industry (Building or Infrastructure Projects) leading management of mid to large sized projects.
• Very strong project leadership skills and ability to direct client, consultant and contractor teams.
• Good command in English for both oral and written.
