  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers from the moment they sign-up until their first transaction. Help them go through sign up, account verification, account setup, explain how client works, and pitch how it can add value to their business.
  • Make their onboarding experience delightful and be a touchpoint with a for them
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, and lead cross-functional projects to rally all teams around improvements for client to serve them better. Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders (kyc, compliance, product, marketing, etc) to facilitate onboarding customers.
  • Own the early-lifecycle engagement metrics for startup customers: conversion, engagement, customer NPS, etc.
  • Design onboarding experiences together with the team, from ideation to execution.
  • Think of ways to automate onboarding processes, without sacrificing customer experience

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • At least 1 year working experiences in onboarding, customer success or a similar role
  • Rotational shift between Monday to Sunday (9am to 6pm)
