Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM/Diploma in related field with at least 1 year of office-based working experience
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office & Excel, experience in inventory software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Administer incoming and outgoing stock and materials including arranging, processing, receiving, packing and shipping of stock and material in the office / warehouse location.
  • Administer company's authorized service partner cases and claims processing and documentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory via inventory management system
  • Handle materials purchasing, returning and claim process
  • Ensure storage arrangement in a clean and tidy manners.
  • To prepare weekly report and follow up on pending cases from all sections in Customer Service department.
  • Other related customer service and administrative jobs.
