Requirements:
- Minimum STPM/Diploma in related field with at least 1 year of office-based working experience
- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office & Excel, experience in inventory software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Good communication and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Administer incoming and outgoing stock and materials including arranging, processing, receiving, packing and shipping of stock and material in the office / warehouse location.
- Administer company's authorized service partner cases and claims processing and documentations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory via inventory management system
- Handle materials purchasing, returning and claim process
- Ensure storage arrangement in a clean and tidy manners.
- To prepare weekly report and follow up on pending cases from all sections in Customer Service department.
- Other related customer service and administrative jobs.
