Test Technician (E&E)

• Perform electrical failure analysis, identifying and researching component failures to support Intel factory rejection. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Perform electrical validation and fault isolation using analytical tools such as Parametric Analyzer (I/V analysis), Keithley meter, iTDR, EOTPR, CTMB/ SBTS, micro-probing, SEM/EDX, IRLC etc.

• Perform CSAM (C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) to detect defects.

• Perform X-ray imaging inspection on failure sample to detect package defect.

• Using sample preparation/ material analysis tools such as Auto lid shear, Mechanical Polisher, Micro Abrasion, Chemical Etching, HAAS, X-prep, SEM/EDX, FTIR, FIB, IRLC etc. to reveal the defect or failure.

• Perform dimension measurement tasks and visual inspection using a Microscope.

• Able to complete Failure analysis tasks and report FA results on time.

Requirements:

• Possess an advanced diploma/diploma in a relevant discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics and others).
• Good in Communication.
• Flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations
