  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist in full cycle of property development and management from planning, marketing, construction & contract management, quality control, handover and defect liability.
• Track and work towards implementation of project according to the planned timeline.
• Work closely with external parties (consultants, authorities, contractors and others) for project implementation.
• Regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Assist in procurement processes, including selecting and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist general manager/director in other matters as and when required.
• Maintain good record keeping.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Management/ QS or related field
• Added advantage if have experience in technical department of property development corporations
• Added advantage if have hands-on experience in residential, commercial and/or integrated development with planned projects Implemented and/or completed.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good attitude is a must, versatile, able to multi-task and willing and flexible to take on any tasks to achieve project implementation.
• Proactive attitude and able to push boundaries.
• Good common sense and able to think independently with analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Presentation) required.• Possess knowledge of CAD, photoshop and BIM software are added advantages.
• Have own transport to travel to site etc
