  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will enhance digital solutions by bridging gaps between stakeholders and technology teams to deliver efficient, innovative financial service applications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements for a new financial services application.
  • Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, ensuring all business requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Manage user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring proper traceability of all requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and technology, providing structured and effective solutions.
  • Work closely with business users to articulate and define business requirements, prepare project proposals, perform user acceptance tests, and handle issue management.
  • Monitor issues for proper resolution and closure.
  • Value-add to business users by providing advice on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, reviewing, and improving their work processes, facilitating, and supporting business users’ change management process and influencing their alignment with the Management vision.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in business analysis and system analysis.
  • Working knowledge of business process design, and conceptualization skills is essential.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL/ SSIS and MySQL is a must.
  • Experience in ETL
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to translate complex technical issues into plain English, easily digestible for customers and stakeholders
