Description of Duties:
- Involve in new products launches, trade and consumer promotions, and other relevant activities.
- Involve with POSM
- Sales analysis skills to identify distribution gaps and channel development opportunities.
- Support in liaising with business partners on day-to-day operation.
- Monitor competitive activities in various trade sectors.
- Assist in post-promotion analysis after every major trade promotional activity.
- Support both Sales and Marketing departments in the areas of trade promotion planning, channel visibility materials, and trade presentations.
- Involve with tracking and verification of trade promotion claims from distributors.
- Van Sampling Coordination
- To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (outgoing personality)
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A team player with a good working attitude and a high degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required.
