  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To monitor and control the shell eggs, branded eggs, and liquid eggs quality at each stage of processes by introducing and developing an appropriate Quality Control System. To introduce and set up documents and standards to upkeep the egg quality.
  • Perform daily onsite quality inspection to ensure the selection of eggs meets company quality standards and specification Responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving on quality-related issues.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and customers to analyze defects, study, investigate, and handle all quality-related complaints, and implementation of corrective actions and improvement measures.
  • Report quality issues or findings to the relevant HOD for egg house operation and follow up to ensure that corrective action has been taken place. Prepare QC inspection and assessment report.
  • To continuously upgrade and enhance knowledge of quality management and promote quality awareness among production workers Provide in-house training to production workers on a regular basis. To perform R&D to meet customers' requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to handle internal & external audits, cover form audit preparation, and provide audit returns. Experience with FSSC 2200 & MCD Audit & Halal Executive certificate is an added advantage Other duties as deemed necessary.
