Job Summary

Assist in accounting functions, monthly management account and any other accounting related matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issuance and analyse payment, assst in other treasury matters.
  • To handle daily accounting functions and assist in monthly closing activities.
  • To prepare month-end reconciliations.
  • Issue invoice fort client and back charge cost to inter company.
  • Prepare monthly departmental cost variance report, analyse and track expenses for each department.
  • Analyse invoices from supplier and prepare reconciliation.
  • Analyse bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparation of audit or tax schedule.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
Skills & Abilities
  • Able to work with minimum supervisory
  • Knowledge in MS office, Word, Excel and power point
  • Good communication skill
  • Critical thinking and multitasking
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • Min 1 year working experience
  • Knowledge of double entry, understanding accounting principles
