  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Implementation: Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile practices across project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Sprint Facilitation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demos
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Strategic Alignment: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Team Support: Empower team members by removing blockers and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Productivity Enablement: Remove blockers and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation
  • Data-driven Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to advise on project health and improvement plans

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile project management certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP).
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment, with at least 3 years focusing on Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cloud-based projects from inception to delivery.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading teams with a diverse set of skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • aStrong analytical mindset with an emphasis on statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to use data insights for strategic project and PMO improvements
