Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible to develop the channel partner sales and key account management in Malaysia and other countries to be assigned in the future.
  • Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
  • Meet annual individual and team’s sales goals and targets.
  • Develop key account and channel plan and implement the plan to achieve financial results.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics work with Pre-Sales and Solution Architect team to understand and formulate a solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Prepare and present fortnightly sales activities report during sales management meeting.
  • Skills and Specification.

    • Must have experience in key account management or channel partner
    • Must have experience in handling large tenders.
    • Must know how to plan for sales and achieving target.
    • Must be highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
    • Tenacious work attitude.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia,
    • Have good insights in IT Security industry, good customer relationship skills, and capable to deal with senior customers.
    • Willing to travel overseas if required.

    Education and qualification.

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Computer Engineering, IT or any related fields.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security solution sales, or any related field with proven track record of successful sales achievements.
