Responsibility:
Customer Service and Sales Support:
- Greet Customers into the store.
- Assist with Product Selection
- Provide information about products, services, prices, and store policies.
- Process sales through cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Provide Product Demonstrations
Sales and Merchandising:
- Replenish inventory on shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed.
- Ensure the store’s layout and displays are attractive and organized.
- Ensure price tags are current and adjust them as needed.
- Track stock levels and notify management when reordering is needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate sales records and report them as required.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure that POS systems and other equipment are functioning properly.
Team Collaboration:
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Promotional Activities:
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve service and products.
Additional Tasks:
- Help set up and arrange visual displays and promotional materials.
