Responsibility:

Customer Service and Sales Support:

  • Greet Customers into the store.
  • Assist with Product Selection
  • Provide information about products, services, prices, and store policies.
  • Process sales through cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Provide Product Demonstrations

Sales and Merchandising:

  • Replenish inventory on shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed.
  • Ensure the store’s layout and displays are attractive and organized.
  • Ensure price tags are current and adjust them as needed.
  • Track stock levels and notify management when reordering is needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and report them as required.

Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Ensure that POS systems and other equipment are functioning properly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Promotional Activities:

  • Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve service and products.

Additional Tasks:

  • Help set up and arrange visual displays and promotional materials.
