To manage general daily administrative functions (data entry / reply emails / answer call / and other office administrative works)
To ensure all filing systems are up-to-date and organize (e.g.: PRF / drawings / progress report etc.)
To assist on checking on claims and submit to HR.
Works closely with teammates to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Coordinating and administering meetings, including taking and issuing of minutes.
Assist team with preparing action plans, progress report and managing resources.
Carry out other administration duties/ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Superior.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams as instructed by Superior or Management.
Order resources, like equipment and stationeries.
Circulate documents for upper management approval and monitoring the status of documents.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation management, printing and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Maintain accurate project documentation records including correspondences and drawings.
Receive incoming documents/emails and circulate relevant documents to relevant parties as per Superior’s instructions.
Retrieve necessary information for internal teams.
Serve as liaison with other departments on project administration matters.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 2 years work, and management experiences in property development industry.
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Good communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all layers, obtain cooperation and promote a team environment to meet objectives.
Effective negotiation and teamwork effort.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluent in Chinese is an added advantage.
Self-motivation, result oriented, problem-solving skills, confident, and positive personality.
