Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging training programs for our staff and clients, tailored to meet varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations, fostering an interactive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support and resources to ensure sustained knowledge retention.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design customized solutions that align with the organization’s goals.
• Provide a support to dealer when needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training or instructional design are a plus.
  Proven experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and electronic product.
• Proficiency in Mandarin as you will be liaising with China suppliers. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
