  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an Accountant who possesses work knowledge and skills in the following areas:

  • Managed and prepare financial reports on monthly basis, particularly in gathering data and reviewing reports to ensure in accordance with the accounting standards.
  • Review and post journal entries for monthly adjustments.
  • Prepare quarterly report analysis on ASM Financial Performance and Financial Position.
  • Managed all ASM financial operation and accounts.
  • Approve payments for purchasing of goods and services for general operations of ASM such as utilities, supplies and services.
  • Monitor debtors and creditors list.
  • Monitor all reconciliation reports monthly.
  • Monitor cash advance processing.
  • Manage and monitor reporting of asset and inventories.
  • Manage and monitor reporting of pettycash.
  • Manage and monitor reporting of tax.
  • Monitor and ensure all reports are according to regulatory compliance.
  • Audit or review financial statements, coordinating with auditors, as necessary.
  • Manage and Monitor ASM Investment
  • Any other task or responsibilities assigned from time-to time.

    • Qualities:

    Highly organised, attentive to detail, excellent time management, adaptable and communicates articulately. Candidate must be creative, independent, resourceful, analytical and has critical thinking.

    Skills:

    • Advance working skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient in navigating systems;
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks;
    • Excellent data analytics, organisation of information and presentation of findings;
    • Excellent communication which includes comprehension and listening skills.
    • Proficient in both Malaysia and English language.

    Qualification:

    • Candidate with Degree in Accounting from a recognised university or passed MIA Qualifying Examinations or passed final examinations of Professional Accounting Bodies.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting field.
